Need Camping equipment hire:
Ask when hiring. Cool box, pots pans, cutlery, kettle, gas stove, water jerry can, mattress, and tents.

Food:
Don’t lose time shopping, your time is better spent enjoying the holiday
We also help by providing a basic food amount to see you through the first few days till you get the hang of what you need.
If you want a full shop we can do that as well. We have a great cook who can also have you ready to eat meal for the first night.

Need a guide:
We have Omani guides who know the country well and give you a more personal insight into the country and traditions.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Minimum drivers age is 21. There is no maximum age for rental. Drivers must be over 24 to driver special cars. Clients must have a valid Driving License, which needs to have been valid for at least one year. This is applicable to visitors from all nationalities except for GCC nationals and residents who can drive using GCC driving license. Passports or identity cards must be shown for identification. There may be certain restrictions if the driver has endorsements on their license. Endorsements for drink, drug and dangerous driving offences are not accepted. We must be notified prior to your rental.

Fuel conditions
Your car will be supplied with a full tank of fuel and must be returned full. Missing fuel will be debited from your deposit.

Insurance details
You will be required to leave a deposit to the value of the insurance excess. If the car is damaged during the rental you may be charged an excess of RO 200 which will be debited from your deposit. The damage excess waiver product, if purchased at time of booking, will cover you for damage excess that you may be charged in the event of an accident (subject to certain exclusions, see below CDW).

CDW
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) reduces the renter's liability from the total cost of the damage, to an excess amount where applicable unless the renter intentionally causes the damage, is under the influence of drink or drugs or uses the vehicle in a prohibited or negligent way e.g. driving off main roads or hiring to other parties. CDW covers liability for damage to the vehicle or its parts and accessories. Windscreens, tyres, under carriage, replacement locks, replacement keys, key remotes and use of the vehicle for towing, racing, rallying, competition or pace making are not covered under the insurance policy.

Picking up your car
We can pick you up from your hotel and bring you to the offices to fill out all details. We can arrange Airport Pick-ups and Drop offs at an extra cost, please check with reservation staff.

Your personal details
The personal information you give us is used to process our booking. No details will not be passed to any third parties or used for other purposes without your prior knowledge.

Personal Accident Insurance
This insurance is not available although it may be covered by your independent holiday insurance (check before you, the renter, travel). If you require PAI, you should speak to your independent Insurance Adviser. You are require to have PAI before coming to Oman.
